The Knowledge Manager is responsible for overseeing knowledge infrastructure and content development for both a Navy field office and ACE Group. This role ensures that critical knowledge assets for both organizations are organized, accessible, and effectively leveraged to support business operations, rapid onboarding, employee development and knowledge management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

1. NAVY FIELD OFFICE KNOWLEDGE HUB

  • Lead the design and implementation of a centralized internal training platform to support the field office’s objective of being a competency Center of Excellence
  • Curate, organize, and maintain Knowledge content, including development and maintenance of an UNCLASSIFIED technical repository
  • Develop and manage a system for tracking employee training completion and progress.
  • Develop an accelerated technical onboarding program that optimizes time to productivity Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, current, and engaging.
