REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

• 7 years of experience performing knowledge management role and functions focused on the collection, organization, and dissemination of mission, technical, programmatic or defense data.
• 5 years of experience developing, managing, and sustaining knowledge management systems or repositories, organizing complex data sets, and ensuring alignment with best practices for data security and privacy.
• 2 years of experience with emerging technologies in data management, artificial intelligence, or machine learning as they relate to knowledge management systems and mission engineering.
• 2 years of demonstrated experience using knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Guru), and understanding of content management systems (CMS) and collaborative platforms.

EDUCATION:

Bachelors: Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Science, Data or Information Science, Knowledge Management
