Job Description

Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Knowledge Manager to join our team in Quantico, VA.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
  • Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

Our Knowledge Manager will support the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Program under the Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG). In this role, you will manage internal and external SharePoint-based knowledge platforms that support enterprise PKI operations. This includes overseeing information management systems, digital workflows, collaboration tools, and knowledge repositories that enable mission-critical cybersecurity efforts.

Qualifications

  • Active or obtainable Secret DoD Clearance
  • Minimum eight (8+) years of IT experience, with at least three (3+) years directly supporting DoD or PKI program

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and manage internal and external SharePoint sites for collaboration and customer support.
  • Create and sustain document libraries, task trackers, calendars, databases, and dynamic dashboards.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint views, WebParts, and templates aligned with USMC PKI requirements.
  • Support disaster recovery initiatives through SharePoint list/database backup and lifecycle tracking.
  • Enhance data visualization and accessibility via Excel Web Services, KPI WebParts, and custom scripting.
  • Manage SharePoint-based tracking for SIPRNet/NIPRNet Trusted Agents, PKI tokens, server certificates, and future database expansions.
  • Ensure appropriate security permissions and access controls across all SharePoint resources.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and data calls by enabling real-time access to critical PKI data.
