Description Plateau GRP is seeking an Intermediate Knowledge System Specialist that will support and enhance the organization’s knowledge management systems with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint administration and Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps). This role analyzes business processes, designs effective solutions using approved enterprise tools, develops out-of-the-box and low-code applications, and collaborates across the organization to strengthen knowledge-sharing capabilities. The specialist will also assist in user training, adoption, and documentation. SharePoint Administration & Configuration Perform SharePoint Site Collection Administration, including managing permissions, restricting/revoking access, and ensuring proper governance. Create, manage, and maintain content types, site columns, lists/libraries, templates, and reusable components. Develop logical and scalable information architecture for organization-, directorate-, division-, and branch-level sites. Maintain consistent navigation, branding, and user experience across SharePoint environments. Configure and manage search scopes, site features, and dashboards to enhance discoverability and user productivity. Provide Tier 1 support for SharePoint users and site owners. Power Platform Development Build, enhance, and maintain Power Automate flows for business process automation. Develop user-friendly Power Apps (canvas or model-driven) to support operational workflows and data entry. Create and manage Power BI reports and dashboards, utilizing approved data sources to deliver actionable insights. Recommend and implement best practices for Power Platform governance, security, and lifecycle management. Business Analysis & Solution Delivery Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify opportunities for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Recommend methodology, tools, and platform capabilities that align with enterprise standards. Design and implement solutions using out-of-the-box features whenever possible to ensure maintainability and reduce complexity. User Training & Documentation Develop and deliver user guides, and instructional materials for SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Document roles, responsibilities, and administrative processes. Encourage user adoption by providing support, coaching, and best-practice guidance. Coordinate with organizational training teams to ensure Knowledge System curriculum meets mission needs. Salary Range: $105,000.00-$120,000.00 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2 - 5 years of relevant experience Working knowledge of: SharePoint site structures, permissions, lists/libraries, and out-of-the-box components. Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI at an intermediate level. Must have high-level written and verbal communication skills Must have an active SECRET security clearance.
