Description “The KOA Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to campground guests, assisting with campground operations, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role includes various tasks such as registration, site maintenance, and guest support, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.” Job Duties Guest Services: Greet guests warmly and provide information about the campground, amenities, and local attractions. Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using the campground management system. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly. Assist with retail sales and inventory management in the campground store. Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, including restrooms, laundry facilities, and recreational areas. Perform regular checks and light maintenance of campsites, cabins, and RV sites, ensuring they are clean and in good repair. Monitor the campground for safety and security issues, reporting any concerns to management. Enforce campground rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests. Assist with the planning and execution of campground events and activities for guests. Encourage participation and promote a friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
