Responsibilities
  • Promote our culture and values by leading with positivity, professionalism, and teamwork in the kitchen
  • Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • Use internal systems for kitchen planning, shift coordination, and daily task tracking
  • Assist in preparing high-quality dishes that follow our menu standards and reflect consistency and care
  • Support cost control efforts by following portion guidelines and minimizing food waste
  • Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times, in compliance with internal and legal regulations
  • Organize cleaning routines and waste management to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Implement safe work practices and monitor team compliance with health and safety procedures
  • Report regularly to the Head Chef on operations, team performance, and kitchen needs
  • Support where needed, especially during busy shifts or special events
  • Contribute to product and process development, offering ideas for improvement in recipes and systems
