DASEYN Berlin Fischerinsel

In the heart of Berlin, where the city began at the water, DASEYN Berlin Fischerinsel is a 4-star superior city hotel with a distinct character: urban, tranquil, authentic, and attentive to every detail. DASEYN is not a flashy lifestyle hotel, but a place with substance – a place that doesn't stage Berlin, but rather makes it noticeably quieter for its guests.

Our hotel combines high-quality hospitality with 140 individually designed guest rooms, a restaurant, a bar, conference facilities, co-working spaces, and quiet retreats into a vibrant whole. Fischerinsel, the Spree River, and the history of the location shape the concept: community, arrival, reliability, and genuine Berlin hospitality. The focus is not on grand gestures, but on the underlying attitude – warm, direct, professional, and without service pathos.

To achieve this, we are building a team that is reimagining hospitality: attentive rather than contrived, warm rather than formal, clear rather than complicated. People who take responsibility, think proactively, support one another, and enjoy shaping a new hotel from the very beginning. Working with us means becoming part of a hotel that doesn't just sell rooms, but makes arrival possible.

DASEYN is looking for people who think proactively, contribute to shaping the future, and understand hospitality as a core value. People who love Berlin but don't need the noise. People who appreciate clear processes and yet know that genuine moments of hospitality don't arise from standardized procedures, but from attentiveness. If you'd like to help build a hotel that exudes tranquility and has lasting appeal, we look forward to receiving your application.
