Starting immediately - 40 hours/week - alternating early or late shifts, 5 days spread over Mon-Sun (Sunday and public holiday supplements (50%)).

Tasks:

• Things are never as bad as they seem. Who knows that better than you? That's why you're not easily rattled when you and your colleagues are taking care of our guests' catering needs.
• Healthy and balanced, delicious and economical – that's how you cook according to instructions for our guests and seminar groups and support the kitchen management in planning, efficiency, purchasing and staff deployment.
• You serve meals and manage the buffet.
• Topics such as organic food, sustainability, and resource conservation (e.g., using leftover food) awaken your creativity, and you take these into account in your daily work.
• You receive goods and keep track of the inventory.
• Last but not least, you will ensure compliance with hygiene regulations using the HACCP quality management system and will also be responsible for dishwashing and cleaning duties in the kitchen. Implementing and adhering to our quality standards is a matter of course for you.

You bring the following:

• Training as a cook or relevant professional experience
• Alternatively: Master chef or comparable qualification
• Ambition, creativity and commitment
• Teamwork skills and willingness to take on responsibility
• Flexibility for assignments also in the evenings, on weekends or on public holidays (by arrangement)
• A well-groomed appearance and friendly interaction with guests
