Description

We’re seeking a high-calibre Sales Specialist dedicated exclusively to Koenigsegg. You will leverage your deep product expertise and established network of ultra-high-net-worth clients to achieve aggressive sales targets, cultivate long-term relationships, and elevate the brand’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Client Acquisition & Retention
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and convert prospects within the hypercar community.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing Koenigsegg owners, prospects, and VIP customers.
  • Product Presentations & Demonstrations
  • Deliver compelling one-on-one presentations and dynamic drives, showcasing the technical mastery of Koenigsegg models.
  • Coordinate bespoke demo events, track test-drive feedback, and follow-up rigorously
  • Sales Process Management
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales touchpoints.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and weekly performance reports.
  • Brand Advocacy & Market Intelligence
  • Represent Koenigsegg at luxury automotive events, track market trends, competitor activities, and deliver insights to the General Manager.
  • Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation and client service at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Mandatory: Minimum 3 years’ direct sales experience at an authorized Koenigsegg dealership or equivalent hypercar brand (e.g., Pagani, Bugatti).
  • Automotive Sales Expertise: Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the ultra-luxury segment.
  • Communication & Negotiation: World-class closing skills, polished presentation, and flawless follow-up discipline.
