Job Title KOL & Reference Site Manager Job Description As a KOL & Reference Site Manager, you will strengthen Philips’ commercial impact by building and managing a structured global ecosystem of Key Opinion Leaders and reference sites. Working closely with regional commercial and Clinical Segment teams, you will ensure KOL engagement and reference activation directly support market adoption, deal progression, and customer credibility—turning clinical advocacy into measurable business results through strong alignment and data‑driven execution. Your role Define and drive a global, strategic and structured approach to KOL and Reference Site management for IGT-S, focused on maximizing commercial impact. Work closely with Clinical Segment Teams to translate clinical priorities into targeted KOL and reference activation that supports adoption, evidence and storytelling. Partner with regions to ensure consistent execution, prioritization and activation of KOLs and Reference Sites across markets. Own the CRM backbone for KOL and Reference Site management, ensuring high-quality data, transparency and usability across functions and regions. Analyze engagement and reference data to generate insights that strengthen account strategies, deal progression and win-rate. Define and maintain a global reference site footprint, ensuring clear value exchange and measurable benefit from reference collaborations. You're the right fit if You hold a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or equivalent. You have a minimum 7 years of experience in KOL engagement, reference site management or strategic customer programs, preferably in a healthcare or complex B2B environment. You bring strong CRM and data management capabilities, including structuring data, ensuring data quality, analyzing engagement patterns and translating insights into action. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Clinical, Marketing and Sales teams and influencing without direct authority. You have a structured, analytical mindset and are able to connect data, strategy and execution. You have a high affinity with AI, digital tools, and data‑driven enablement How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
