Job position Summary This role leads KOL strategy for all brands under Evermos, Spanning F&B, Fashion, Skincare, and Health. By selecting purpose aligned influencers who embody our values, the role drives brand credibility and accelerates sales across these diverse sectors through authentic, trust-based engagement that effectively educates, inspires, and converts grassroots audiences. Key Responsibilities KOL & Partnership Management Research and identify relevant and suitable channels, publishers, media, KOLs, Affiliates, etc, both online & offline with different levels, categories, and other related metrics to build powerful brand experiences. Directly reach out and build networking directly with KOLs/KOLs Agency by creating clear and relevant brief, kick off program and ensuring high quality contents delivered Focus on generating organic and strategic conversations across multiple digital platforms. Campaign Execution & Collaboration Execute campaigns in collaboration with influencers or and media, to effectively promote the handled brands or thematic campaign. Engage in the selection, negotiation and maintenance of suitable KOL/Influencers & Affiliates from various digital platforms. Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, Affiliates and third party agencies for joint collaboration of various campaigns/promotion Collaborate with team members to initiate and execute different promotional campaigns. Performance Management Analyze and monitor KOL/Influencer, Affiliates & Publisher/Media performance and ensure compliance with campaign contracts and schedules (briefings and posting dates) Monitoring the results across various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Shopee, X and Threads) Make a campaign report result from their post. Providing insights for optimization Required Qualifications A strong understanding of social media trends, digital campaigns, and influencer marketing tools is a must Understand of how 360 marketing campaign or integrated communication works is an advantage Excellent written and verbal communication Having a strong network of KOLs, able to build and maintain relationships, and having strong negotiation skills is advantageous Able to think creatively in developing engaging strategies and able to solve problems that may arise during campaigns Strong familiarity with platforms such ast Tiktok Seller Center and Shopee Seller Center Genuinely interest in digital marketing, social media, and networking Able to work with various team member & multiple stakeholders but also have no issues in working alone with minimum supervision Experience 1-2 years as KOL/Affiliate Specialist or Brand Marketing Specialist will be advantageous Willing to be stationed in Bandung, Jawa Barat (WFO) Evermos is committed to providing an inclusive environment where equal opportunities are available to all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, or related condition.
