Uppdragsperiod: 09-mar-2026 - 28-feb-2027 Profile/Role: Project Manager Utilization: 100% Tech Location: Stockholm Job description: Project Management co-pilot and requirement lead We are looking for a co-pilot to support our project manager in a POS RFP and implementation project. In this role, you will assist in establishing project management structures, such as decision logs, action trackers, issue and activity tracking in Jira, and developing communication materials, among other tasks. Additionally, you will take on the role of requirement lead, ensuring consistency in our requirement specifications across both functional and non-functional requirements. This includes setting up and facilitating requirement-gathering workshops. As the project transitions into implementation, you will ensure requirement traceability from design through to testing. You may also lead other business analysts/requirement analysts as the program scales up or potentially take on the role of project manager for one of the sub-projects. Given the program's scope of implementing a global solution, strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with people are essential. You will be interacting with individuals in both operational and tactical roles across our organization, external vendors, as well as representatives from our markets. You should have 8+ years of experience in IT/business transformation projects in relevant roles.
