QUALIFICATIONS

  • Secondary, vocational, or university education in electrical engineering (power engineering, energy, automation, electrical engineering, etc.)
  • Experience in the field is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Professional qualification according to Act No. 250/2021 Coll., Government Regulation No. 194/2022 Coll. §6 and higher is an advantage
  • Communicative knowledge of English is an advantage
  • Driving license category B
  • Flexibility, independence, precision
  • Focus on results and customer
  • Willingness to continuously learn
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the team of service technicians
  • Efficient capacity planning to maximize the use of available resources
  • Supporting the certification of service technicians in terms of ABB process and safety guidelines as well as local legislative requirements
  • Assisting in the analysis of service activities, ensuring the appropriate skill set of service technicians, safety training, travel documents, safety certifications, equipment, tools, protective gear, and other necessities to complete the assigned scope of work
  • Checking and procuring the required entry permits, necessary documents, PPE, and equipment before dispatching technicians to the work site
  • Ensuring that the work of service technicians is completed within the required scope and expected quality, considering costs and in compliance with ABB health, safety, and environmental guidelines
  • Monitoring the timely completion of service work, the completeness of submitted documentation, including updates to the installed base data
  • Teamwork, supporting other departments and colleagues
