Description

Coordination of supply chain activities for the assigned supply chain in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
Building relationships and agreements with stakeholders along the supply chain, locally and at the delivery locations.
Ensuring the timely completion of all goods transactions in and out of the warehouse
Ensuring the timely and complete availability of all required documents for warehousing, tax, customs and freight transport.
Ensuring smooth goods movements
Complete documentation of warehousing, customs and transport processes
Complaint management, analysis of deviations and implementation of sustainable process improvements
Support in controlling external supply chain costs for warehousing and logistics in EMEA, including reporting.
Close collaboration with international teams and relevant interfaces

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, e.g. freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
Several years of experience in a manufacturing company in a comparable role (S&OP, Sales and Operations Planning)
Excellent (!) English skills, both spoken and written (fluent), in addition to very good German skills.
Solid knowledge of supply chain and merchandise management systems, logistics and inventory management
Experience with ERP systems as well as in production and capacity planning
Proficient handling of data analysis, reporting and master data processes; experience with master data is desirable.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
