Currently we are looking for a person for the position of:
Project Coordinator
Location: Rzeszow

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education preferably higher (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree) in management or life-sciences (but other specialties may also be considered).
• Foreign languages: English – strong written and oral (possession of a certificate will give additional advantage).
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Critical thinking and pro-active approach in problem identification and solving.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in collaborating and influencing cross-functionally.
• Excellent time management skills to meet expectations of all stakeholders.
• Experience and practical skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or drug/dietary supplement development,
• Experience in leading new product launches and/or manufacturing/development projects for pharmaceuticals and/or dietary supplements.
• Experience in project management at other companies,
• Basic knowledge of applicable quality and regulatory standards in pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of product development, registration procedures, and supply chain activities.
• Teamwork, pro-active approach, regularity, thoroughness, inquisitiveness, responsibility for assigned projects, self-improvement.

• Responsible for overall project management and execution of new launches and GEOexpansions (in EMEA region) of products originating from external contract development and manufacturing organizations.
• Employee will be expected to provide project leadership and coordination of activities of various departments to assure timely commercialization of new products for Bausch Pharma (e.g., medicinal products, dietary supplements, medical devices, cosmetics).
• Employee will interact and influence stakeholders in Bausch Pharma organization and in external contract development and manufacturing organizations.
• New person will be responsible for identifying critical project risks, and timely communication / escalation of issues to senior leadership.
• Employee will be expected to lead and manage projects effectively and to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Employee will be responsible for organizing and conducting team meetings with internal and external stakeholders (develop agenda, compile meeting minutes, and plan action items for team members) – all communication in English.
