GENERAL

• Demonstrate excellent knowledge about our Kooth and Qwell service, safeguarding, chat process and user benefit
• Demonstrate understanding and execution of the “6 steps to success” engagement process - and be willing to support your sub regional

team by taking ownership of one of the steps for all sub region contracts, as agreed with your line manager.

• Continuously improve confidence, presentation skills and use of interactivity whilst public speaking, seeking support from your line manager if needed.
• Take a strategic approach to diary management and planning outreach to maximise reach and minimise travel time across the whole contract area(s)
• Use monthly data and Commissioner priorities to assess and evolve your engagement approach, in discussion with your line manager in monthly 1-1s.
• Represent your work and Kooth plc with knowledge and professionalism in quarterly Commissioner meetings.
• Timely administration to ensure Salesforce and Engagement Plans are up to date.
• Share all new contacts sourced with Channel Marketing Manager for uploading into Hubspot.
• Attend critical regional network meetings where you will be presenting information about Kooth/Qwell

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Ability to positively, proactively, and professionally communicate and engage young people and professionals
• Clean driving licence and able to drive own car throughout the day (and evening when required)
• Efficiently manage own time, balancing each step in the engagement process
• Knowledge of regional demographics and priorities of Commissioners

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

• GCSE in English and Maths - Level 5 or above Expected

ROLE OBJECTIVE

To raise awareness of Kooth (and Qwell if applicable) and achieve CYP contract registration targets by engaging with trusted referrers including schools, colleges, GPs, A&E, pharmacies, community groups, sports clubs and charities. This role involves weekly travel.

SPLIT OF ROLE:

• Promote Kooth direct to young people in secondary schools and colleges 50%
• Raise awareness of Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) by delivering training to teaching staff in schools and
• colleges 15%
• Raise awareness and encourage referral to Kooth (and Qwell where applicable) by offering information and
• training to community professionals - prioritising GP Practice Managers, CAMHS, A&E and Family Hubs 15%
• Promote Kooth to children in Year/ Primary 6 by clustering engagement of local primary schools during
• transition period in the summer term 10%
• Maintain up to date records of engagement activity in Salesforce and EPs 8%
• Support the delivery of the national webinar programme 2%
