Company Description About Cricut (NASDAQ: CRCT) Cricut empowers creativity through innovative crafting tools and technology. As we accelerate our growth across Asia, we are looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Manager to build and scale Cricut’s presence in South Korea. Role Overview As the Korea Marketing Manager, you will own the brand and marketing execution in-market — driving awareness, engagement, and sales across digital and retail channels. This is a highly hands-on role where execution matters. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, managing creators and partnerships, and driving always-on marketing initiatives across social, influencer, and retail channels. You will work closely with regional and global teams, as well as local partners, to ensure consistent brand execution while adapting strategies to the Korea market. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local digital ecosystem deeply and is motivated by building a brand and community from the ground up. Job Description Key Responsibilities Own and execute Cricut’s marketing strategy for South Korea, driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales Lead digital-first marketing initiatives across social media, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and community building Build and manage relationships with local influencers, content creators, and community leaders in the DIY and lifestyle space Plan and execute always-on social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Naver, etc.) Shape paid media strategy and provide creative direction while working with agencies or partners on execution Partner with retail and e-commerce teams to develop co-marketing programs and in-store activations Plan and execute offline activations including events, workshops, and retail experiences to drive brand engagement and sales Create and adapt locally relevant content and storytelling that resonates with Korean audiences Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing performance — and use data to continuously improve results Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and efficiency Serve as the local market expert, providing insights on consumer behavior, platform trends, and competitive activity Qualifications Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing within consumer, lifestyle, FMCG, or e-commerce brands Proven experience driving brand awareness and engagement in the South Korea market Strong hands-on experience in social media marketing, including content strategy and community management Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships end-to-end Solid understanding of paid media (Naver, Kakao, Meta, Google, TikTok) — able to guide strategy and evaluate performance Familiarity with Korean e-commerce platforms such as Coupang, Naver Shopping, 11st, and others is a plus Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Fluent in both Korean and English (written and spoken) Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving, startup-like environment What Makes You a Great Fit You are a hands-on operator who enjoys executing and getting things done. You don’t wait for large teams or perfect plans—you move quickly, test, learn, and improve. You understand the Korean digital and social landscape deeply, from creators to platforms to cultural nuances. You know what resonates locally and how to build an engaged community. You are both creative and analytical, combining strong ideas with a focus on results and performance. About the Opportunity This role is an opportunity to build Cricut’s brand and community in South Korea from the ground up. You will have the support of a regional Asia team and global marketing organization, while having the autonomy to execute locally. As Cricut grows in South Korea, this role has strong potential to expand in scope and impact. Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
