Job Description Collaborate with KOLs to gather insights, feedback, and medical/ scientific information and share them timely manner with the internal stakeholders to develop medical strategies and research initiatives. Develop pre & post medical launch plan of new products. Collect medical/clinical information on products related to adverse events and create add-value of AE management with incorporating KOLs’ insight and medical interpretation. Facilitate the communication of study start-up, study initiation and achieve target of recruitment and retention within planned timeline. Scientific contribution to developing manuscripts and communication with medical writers and authors. Report medical insight after participating in medical and scientific conferences, symposia, and congresses to stay abreast of the latest scientific advancements and represent the company's interests. Provide field-based guidance and share best practice with Junior MSLs to support their scientific capability, communication skills, and professional development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field required. Advanced degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, MPH, PhD) preferred. More than 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/ biotech industry, medical affairs, clinical practice, or academia, preferably within ophthalmology (Retina) Strong scientific business acumen and learning agility to understand and interpret complex clinical data. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate scientific information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to build and maintain trustable relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
