Job Description Develop and execute strategic territory/ account plans to meet and exceed financial KPI. Promote and sell pharmaceutical products, healthcare services to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and hospital staff. Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals through various communication methods. Organize educational events and provide the following support. Analyze market and competitor data to develop effective sales strategies. Report timely manners for sales performance and market feedback to management. Explain technical product details, clinical benefits, and therapeutic applications to help providers make informed decisions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus. Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on Ophthalmology; respective therapeutic area experience is a plus. Strong Sales, Negotiation, Presentation Skills: Persuade clients and negotiate terms to close sales effectively. Excellent Communication: Deliver clear and persuasive presentations and communicate complex medical information effectively. Medical Knowledge: A strong understanding of medical terminology, disease areas, and the products being promoted. Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build, maintain, and leverage relationships with healthcare professionals. Organizational & Time Management: Manage a territory, plan visits, and coordinate multiple activities efficiently.
