Job Description Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly Management reports. Track financial, operational, and commercial metrics on a regular basis. Conduct annual evaluation of MTP (Mid-Term-Plan) achievement and recommend improvement actions. Analyze performance against strategic objectives and provide detailed reports. Support leadership with in-depth analysis for strategic decision-making. Develop Internal & External corporate-wide communication strategies and roadmap that is aligned with Santen ’s MVV(Mission/Vision/Value) Uphold high ethical standards in all internation with internal/external stakeholders and ensures all communication activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards and internal compliance and ethical policy/guidelines Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate communications/public relations or corporate planning. Strong understanding of corporate planning, financial analysis, and strategic management Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English in Korean; Japanese is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Strong in interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments Crisis communication experience is a plus Additional Information Grow your career at Santen A career at Santen is an opportunity to make a difference.
