THE OPPORTUNITY:
LG Electronics is seeking a Korean/English bilingual Customer Service Analyst to join our Refrigerator Customer Care team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in both Korean and English, thrives in a data-driven environment, and is passionate about enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction.
As a key member of the team, you’ll analyze customer-focused data, monitor performance trends, resolve escalated service issues, and collaborate with global and cross-functional teams—many of whom are Korean-speaking. The ability to communicate clearly in both languages is essential for success in this role.
You’ll also contribute to process improvement initiatives, support pilot programs, and help drive meaningful change in how we deliver customer support and technical solutions.

Identify and implement opportunities for process streamlining, quality control enhancement, cost reduction, and improved product performance and customer experience
