JOB SUMMARY

Primarily responsible for managing the intake, handling, and storage of documentation, review, process, scan and photocopy files and documents, write reports, archive materials, and ensure seamless document operations. Produces, reviews, proofs, and delivers translation of spoken language during meetings, appointments, and events as well as written documents from English into Korean language and vice versa

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education –Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related area.
  • 2 years experience in document management or similar position.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in English and Korean language.
  • Experience using document management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
  • Handle intake, scanning, verification, classification and filing documents.
  • Create templates for documents, file types, and document databases.
  • Review and audit documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Control the flow of documents in and out of the department.
  • Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system.
  • Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage.
  • Ensure the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents.
  • Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
  • Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
  • Interpret spoken language into English and Korean during meetings, appointments, and events for all departments as needed.
  • Translate written materials from English into Korean language and vice versa for all departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times while interpreting sensitive information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
