JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Manager to support both corporate HR functions and the day-to-day workforce management of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles as well as staffing experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. This role requires someone who is highly adaptable, able to operate in a dynamic environment, and comfortable managing both strategic HR functions and on-site operational needs.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required (both verbal and written)

    • 0–3 years of experience in a hands-on HR role; experience in a manufacturing or factory setting strongly preferred

    • Solid understanding of staffing, labor management, and employee relations
    • Experience supporting factory or production operations from an HR perspective
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools
    • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices in an industrial setting
    Responsibilities
    • Oversee and execute core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training
    • Develop and implement staffing strategies to ensure proper workforce levels across multiple shifts
    • Collaborate with factory and operations leadership to support shift planning, scheduling, and labor compliance
    • Ensure company policies and HR practices are applied consistently and in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations
    • Resolve employee issues, handle disciplinary procedures, and support performance evaluations
    • Maintain and improve HR systems, employee records, and factory-level HR documentation
    • Coordinate with external recruiters or staffing agencies as needed
    • Support general administrative and operational tasks required for efficient plant operations
