Description:

We are looking for a driven senior Kotlin Developer (m/f/d) to join CIA (Customer-Inspired-Agencies) team at Flix on a 2 years fixed contract.
CIA team provides technology solutions for all stakeholders of Global Offline Sales such as resellers, ticket agents, metasearchers, ticket vending machines, telesales agents etc. Also, we support internal stakeholders such as Sales Managers by enabling them to manage reseller data, and other Flix Teams by providing reseller data. We develop and maintain an after-sales platform with useful features and functionalities for Offline Sales. We are a cross-functional team, collaborating in a very professional and effective way and following Agile principles.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a self-organized, cross-functional distributed team owning the Global Offline Sales products and will hence directly contribute to the success of the business
  • You place Global Offline Sales users and stakeholders at the center when developing solutions
  • You develop and maintain applications for more than 30k users.
  • You help design and build the new Shift/Daily sales closure functionality for our offline resellers.
  • You support and improve the Booking Report product, providing real-time and precise sales data to our users.
  • You align and establish synergies with other teams to remove dependencies or keep them lean.
  • You investigate and understand the coupling of elements from the old legacy system, proactively working to improve the architecture.
  • You drive the development process using an Agile environment.
  • You are an active contributor to team discussions and decisions.
  • You support our CI/CD environment. Produce a positive impact with each release.
