• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Wash, dry, and store kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or cooks.
• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly.
• Help manage stock levels by receiving deliveries and storing ingredients appropriately.
• Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
