Responsibilities

  • Ensure all kitchen surfaces are kept clean and sanitised at all times.
  • Help with the storage of food items and supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation.
  • Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food items.
  • Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and appliances.
