Job Description Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program (GMT) is a program to enhance your skills and knowledge in the manufacturing sector on becoming leaders of tomorrow. Over 12 months, you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment with our leaders. Responsibilities

The Global Manufacturing Trainee Program is a 12-month initiative designed to enhance skills and knowledge in manufacturing, focusing on developing future leaders. Participants will build leadership capabilities, grow their business mindset, and gain immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).
