Job Description Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program (GMT) is a program to enhance your skills and knowledge in the manufacturing sector on becoming leaders of tomorrow. Over 12 months, you’ll build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment with our leaders. During the program, you’ll get: Opportunity to career growth and employee assistance program Intensive training and international exposure from different Business function Immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) Support in gaining a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
