Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce an opening for a KS1-KS2 Homeroom Teacher for the academic year 2026-2027 at one of our distinguished schools, GEMS British International School of Madinaty. We are seeking a dedicated and innovative educator to foster a love of learning among our students in Key Stages 1 and 2, creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum for KS1 and KS2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing personalized feedback to guide student learning. Create a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages creativity, exploration, and collaboration among students. Develop and implement individualized education plans to support diverse learners and ensure all students reach their potential. Engage with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about their children's progress and encourage their involvement in school activities. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to foster a cohesive educational program and participate in school events. Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with educational trends. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Possess a valid teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent). At least 3 years of teaching experience in primary education, particularly with KS1 and KS2. Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Passion for fostering a love of learning and commitment to contributing to student growth. Adaptability and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
