• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning
• Supporting pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and well-being
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils’ progress
