FULL-TIME TEACHING ROLE WITH AN OUTSTANDING WORK LIFE BALANCE, ALONG WITH CAREER PROGRESSION

If you are an Early Career Teacher, NQT or PGCE graduate ready for something different, this is your opportunity to step into a role where your creativity and passion for teaching truly matter.
At KSOL, we take a unique approach to education. We combine high-quality teaching with smart systems, strong support, and a collaborative working environment. There is no endless marking at home, no chaotic classrooms - just focused teaching, real progress, and a team of supportive teachers who want to do things better.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a vibrant team where you will deliver structured, engaging lessons to motivated pupils in small group settings. You will work a consistent 37.5 hour week, which include two evenings and Saturday mornings for teaching. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Teaching small groups of pupils in a focused environment
  • Monitoring student progress without excessive administrative tasks
  • Communicating with parents to show measurable results
  • Contributing to innovative educational projects and resources
