Job Description Summary This KSA Operations Leader for the SEC2 BULK program reports to the Saudi Director, the role requires a highly energetic individual, ready to streamline significant cross-functional challenges, implement and drive SQDC in our processes, set KSA operating rigors, drive on-time action to meet ours say/do ratios, and work in parallel with our PMO that is based in France to evolve program bowlers and metrics for leadership reviews. The KSA Operations Leader is also expected to regularly engage with the customer, end-user, and all stakeholders to support the PD in managing external challenges and commitments. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Deputy to PD in managing KSA operations, our KSA team, and the customer. Responsible for KSA metric bowlers/KPIs. Evolve current data collection and reporting for all metrics in Saudi and support dashboard maturity of SEC BULK program. Manage matters of PCS offices in KSA, team building events, etc. Supporting all functions (i.e. logistics, planning, supply chain, etc.) in KSA to deliver the programs goals and execution strategy. Track localization efforts to meet program obligations. Empower STOP WORK and EHS lifesaving rules. Set and facilitate KSA operational rigors, tools & processes needed to fulfill the program. Point of contact for internal audits, if any. Leading resolution of program level RCAs, commercial agreement drafts, etc. Lead continuous improvement efforts/Kaizens to resolve operational challenges the program faces. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Minimum of 10 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in large-scale project leadership or in a dynamic operational role within the energy industry in Saudi Arabia. Strong quantitative and analytical skills (data processing). Travel 30% of time. Fluent in Arabic and English. Desired Characteristics Experience working in consortium type projects with EPC / Owners / Partners. Specific experience with National Grid projects. High self-discipline, and effective problem-solving ability to lead and influence others. Concise presentation skills to leadership and customer. Prior experience as a people leader with large-scale teams,10+. Prior hands-on experience as a PM on energy projects in Saudi Arabia. Team player, flexible attitude and ready to work in a dynamic atmosphere.
