GENERAL SUMMARY

The purpose of this role is an 18-month contract to oversee all Site Establishment aspects of Celeros FT Saudi entity resulting in a fully equipped service and manufacturing site, to achieve sustained growth, profitability within the Saudi market.
The KSA Site Establishment Project Leader has overall responsibility for actions related to Legal, Service & Manufacturing site establishment including buildings and services infrastructure, manufacturing/build/test equipment procurement and installation activities to ensure operational capabilities in line with agreed company plan.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Must have achieved demonstrable success leading a prior Site Operational establishment and operational start up facility in line with the above-listed “Principal Duties and Responsibilities”
  • Team management, cross functional team experience, matrix management experience
  • Divergent thinking, Courage, Creativity
  • Leadership skills and proven ability to manage a multi-functional facility and work across multicultural boundaries
  • Experience of establishing a KSA local manufacturing supply Chain & logistic network
  • Present concise pro-active solution-based reports to all parties concerned in the completion of Projects
  • PC literate; confident and competent in use of software packages.
  • Must be able to commit to being located within easy commute of selected facility to ensure full hands-on approach and co-ordination.

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE

  • Prior Experience of Project Managing a Manufacturing / Service Operational Start Up in Saudi Arabia
  • Prior experience of ARAMCO, SABIC, SWCC, SEC Approval Processes preferred
  • Preferably Prior Experience in Service and Operational environment of oil & gas, conventional power, renewable power, petrochemical, and Industrial markets.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering or Similar
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • Ten plus years of relevant experience Project Management
  • Pump and Closures product and market knowledge in Oil / Gas and Energy Sectors
  • Arabic Speaking a plus
