The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of “KTMF Geotechnical Monitoring & Quality Control Coordinator / Συντονιστής/στρια Γεωτεχνικής Παρακολούθησης και Ποιοτικού Ελέγχου ΕΔΕΑΚ”, for its premises in Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Logistics, Surface & Infrastructure Operations Manager of the Kokkinolakkas Tailings Management Facility (KTMF) department in Madem Lakkos. Main Responsibilities: · Collection, analysis, and reporting of geotechnical monitoring data (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports). · Management and continuous update of the geotechnical monitoring database, ensuring data accuracy and traceability. · Accuracy verification and validation of geotechnical measurements. · Coordination with the Project Designer for evaluation and interpretation of monitoring results. · Compliance of project works with engineering standards, technical specifications, and applicable legislation. · Development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Quality Plan. · Coordination with third-party quality control subcontractors. · Oversight of quality control procedures across project activities. · Liaison with contractors and preparation of monthly measurement certifications and progress documentation. · Communication flow between suppliers and the Procurement Department. · Monitoring and documentation of daily incoming materials. · Preparation and follow-up of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to support departmental and project requirements. · Maintenance of quality control records related to soil compaction measurements. · Update and monitoring of daily compaction records within the deposit area. · Support of project documentation and administrative processes. Requirements: · Degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. · Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in similar roles. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.). · Working knowledge of SAP. · Understanding of basic legal principles, terminology, and the structure of engineering and construction projects. · Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English. · Strong organizational, coordination, archiving, and scheduling skills. · High level of personal accountability and professionalism. · Driving License.
