REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 7+ years in DevOps/SecDevOps with enterprise-level experience
• 7+ years with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift (OCP)
• 5+ years with Cloud platforms (OpenShift, GCP, Azure)
• 5+ years with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Harness, GitHub, Maven, Gradle
• Experience with DevSecOps tools: SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black Duck
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, Bash, Shell scripting
• Experience with monitoring & deployment tools: ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, Liquibase
• Experience using testing frameworks: JUnit, JMeter, Selenium, Postman, etc.
• Strong background in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with Java-based environments
• Background in establishing enterprise-level change and incident management models
• Familiarity with security and compliance in regulated environments

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD and SecDevOps pipelines from scratch
• Lead and implement enterprise non-functional requirements (NFRs), performance metrics, SLAs, and tech compliance
• Work cross-functionally with Infosec, Infrastructure, and Operations teams
• Identify and remediate IT risk and technical debt
• Integrate CI/CD with build, test, deployment, and production monitoring tools
• Define and manage production operating models, incident management, and defect resolution processes
