We’re hiring a Kubernetes Engineer to help optimize and expand the container orchestration backbone that powers Targon. You’ll focus on scaling, observability and reliability of our services while driving improvements to our Kubernetes clusters. You’ll be focused on:

• Optimizing Kubernetes clusters, including service mesh, metrics and logging
• Improving observability and alerting systems to catch issues before they impact users
• Scaling services to minimize downtime under load
• Developing CI/CD pipelines for new and existing services
• Creating new deployments for upcoming services and features
• Maintaining and improving existing services and workloads

IDEAL EXPERIENCES

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience with Wireguard or similar VPN technologies
• Familiarity with confidential virtual machines (CVMs)
• Experience with Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana for monitoring and observability

BONUS SKILLS

• Experience with CI/CD tools and best practices
• Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Discord, Notion and Linear for modern team collaboration
