Description Nivå 4 – minimum 8–12 years of experience The role of the Production Quality Engineer is to assure product quality and ways of working. This is done by establishing, assuring, and correcting processes within the supply chain. The role also involves representing management or the customer in matters related to production quality. Responsibilities The Production Quality Engineer is responsible for: Examining and evaluating ways of working to ensure compliance with current requirements and directives Continuously following up on quality status and initiating quality assurance measures when necessary This includes planning, carrying out, and following up on: Product audits Process audits Internal audits Third-party audits Analysis of statistics from the non-conformance reporting system The role may also include: Reporting overall quality status, audit results, and improvement initiatives to responsible stakeholders Supporting assurance that delivery criteria are met Driving quality improvement initiatives such as: Clarifying needs and requirements Leading Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), including root cause analysis Participating in or leading product and organizational development initiatives Guiding colleagues in the management system and educating within quality-related areas Requirements Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience (Level 4) Strong experience within production quality and supply chain processes Experience in audits, quality reporting, and continuous improvement Ability to drive corrective and preventive actions Strong communication skills Security clearance is required before start.
