The KWS/CI manager is to lead team to achieve KPI by developing People capability and process improvement.  Creation Continuous culture and encourage employees to participate in all the activity related to the CBN though the KWS. The essence of the role is finding opportunity of reduction loss, improve productivity and develop people capability.   Principal Duties & Responsibilities 1.Set a the Goal  Set up Site integrated master plan linked to SCM CBN Management KPI: Score card / Tier5 dashboard   2. Drive KWS/CI process Leading Monthly KWS meeting : Follow up KWS Score and review each CoE Activity. Create KWS Culture : Encourage employee participation in KWS. Mainly support AM / RM . DDS from Tier1 to Tier4 : Join Tier3 & Tier4 DDS, Share the problem happened last 24h, and try to solve problem within 24h. Escalate problem to Tier4 DDS. Zero Loss analysis Lead DMAIC Project Reduction Process loss by PDCA Activity Improvement Productivity: OEE Training employee to improve capability Providing new process & Tool (VSM, SMED, DMIAC,,,) Support AM,RM Activity and Audit Communicate Global KWS lead : sharing site best practice    3. Cost saving Leading a Ideation and Set a goal Report Monthly cost saving result
