Description:
In the process of establishing a new business relationship, knowing the customer is a key activity for ING. This is also necessary to minimize the possibility of ING becoming a party to money laundering or terrorist financing activities. The Business Banking KYC Ops Analyst will support Retail Banking business line to comply with the requirements of local legislation and ING Global policies and procedures concerning Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and related processes, such as FATCA/CRS and ESR (Environmental and Social Risk).
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS :
Previous experience in KYC/AML for minimum 5 years
Strong awareness in compliance regulations, international guidelines and standards
Responsibilities:
Timely manage onboarding, cross selling, event driven review and periodic review on KYCO for BB Customers;
Being able to understand and comment all reports coming from various systems ref to BB Customers and set any necessary action to recover potential gaps;
Constant monitoring of all screening activities related to BB Customers managed by ING global HUB;
Continuous monitoring of KRIs related to KYC;
Reconciliation of AUI reporting on UBOs;
Management of possible requests of actions and remediations following AML monitoring;
SPOC and tester with regard to KYC control framework (KCT);
Support in managing GDPP register;
Execution of constant checks on PEP alerts communicated by AML and contribution to the update of the UBO PEP register managed by AML function;
Support in the execution of the Elysium exercise;
Reporting analysis on completed CDDs, ESR and FATCA/CRS;
Support KYC analysts in case of workload in CDD, FATCA/CRS, ESR process to be handled locally following KYC procedures and working instructions;
Upon delegation of the local KYC Signatory, to finalize QC.
