Your Role

You will play an active part in the Client Development Team of the Private Wealth business for both our insurance carriers in Liechtenstein & Luxembourg. This team based in Luxembourg focuses on various European markets providing support in the distribution activities, notably in the management of an existing Swiss Life own-intermediated client base. This new role embraces the following responsibilities:

  • Taking a leading role within the Client Development Team AML/KYC activities working together with colleagues and act as an advisor to others
  • Steering the application of compliance standards and acting as an ambassador to the Compliance department
  • Managing existing Swiss Life own-intermediated client base, through proactive contact with policyholders at least annually with the definitive aim to safeguard the client relationship is managed to regulatory standards
  • Working in close collaboration with other departments (Operations, Sales, Legal, Compliance, Solutions etc.) to deliver the optimal client experience, take the lead in control and reporting dependencies and to contribute to ongoing enhancement of the total service proposition
  • Coordinating clients’ requests (top-ups, surrenders, switches, other changes on existing policies…)
  • Safeguarding relevant supporting activities are concluded in compliance with Insurance Distribution Directive

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Management or any related field
  • Minimum of +5 years of professional experience in insurance/banking/finance sector. An experience in life insurance would be an asset
  • Knowledge and experience in KYC/AML/Distribution requirements and implementation processes
  • Business fluency (written and verbal) in English and French is mandatory. Competency in German and/or Italian is a distinct asset. All other European languages are an advantage
  • Client centric focus, with added sales acumen and drive is an asset
  • Very well organised, with diligence and focus relating to administration & follow up, you like client contact on a day-to-day basis
  • Hands on, autonomous and driven to solve problems
  • Accurate, reliable and performance oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and to deal with several tasks simultaneously
  • The candidate will be required to become a registered agent with the CAA
