Description

As an Operations Specialist, you work at the interface between operative processing and customer service. Viele Ihrer Aufgaben beginne mit einer Kundenanfrage und ende mit der correkte Fahrzungen von Zahlungen oderen bankbezozenen Prozessen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben include:

Handling of customer inquiries around Zahlungsverkehr and daily banking transactions
Execution and Nachverfolgung von Zahlungen und Transactionen
Sicherstellung einer correkten Abwicklung und hohen Qualität in alle Prozessschritten
Communication with the customer zur Klarung und Nachverfolgung von Anfragen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Hamburg sowie im Head Office in Dänemark
Unterstandung eines stabilen operativen Betriebs sowie Mitwirkung an kleineren Prozessverbesserungen
