Please visit our website for more information – https://www.mufgemea.com/mbe Overall Purpose of the Job Subject matter expert (SME) for KYC (Know Your Customer) Intended to conduct KYC activities Partly supporting daily banking business for Japanese corporate clients The role includes the following: Collection of required documents/information for KYC reviews Check on accuracy of documents/information for KYC reviews Analysis of data/ information for KYC reviews Performing Customer Screening Performing Customer Assessment Recording data/information for KYC reviews Contacting a customer and other relevant parties in order to finalise KYC review Performing Sanctions Due Diligence Due date management of KYC reviews Customer outreach regarding KYC issues In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following: Preferred is an apprenticeship as a bank clerk or other commercial area, if combined with relevant work experience in a bank Preferably 3 years of experience Good knowledge of software skills (Excel and Word) Fluency in English and in Japanese.
