Description
The Bangalore KYC CDD Refresh team is responsible for managing the refresh program across global jurisdictions and ensuring timely and accurate completion of periodic refresh reviews of the firm's clients. The team partners closely with Global Financial Crimes, Legal and Compliance, internal/external stakeholders to contribute to the success of the refresh program. KYC Refresh supports a number of regulatory compliance requirements specified by our local/global regulators and provide a rigorous and robust process of investigation that seeks, with reasonable assurance, to verify and validate the customer's identity and their business. Manage complex processes and/or support significant process management/project efforts. Lead in process improvement, project management or technology development and testing across multiple teams and/or divisions. Analyze and expose ambiguous, complex issues or non-standard issues, identify risks, root causes and propose future actions, tracking through to resolution. Strong leadership experience is an KYC Refresh or AML production type roles Experience of delivering high standards of client engagement College/University degree or equivalent with a business focus and relevant/proven experience Strong knowledge of KYC, AML, client onboarding, or client reference data experience desirable. Proven track record of ongoing coaching, educating and leading teams Outstanding client management, partnership building, leadership and direct experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders at one time. Experience in EMEA KYC programs will be preferred Extensive career experience of 13+ years in Front-to-back knowledge of the processes, projects, systems, markets and instruments that influence their team with a comprehensive understanding of job-related operational/compliance policies and procedures. Ability to think commercially, understand the impact of initiatives, risks on the operational budget Ability to address non-standard issues within area of expertise Culture carrier and role model, representing and leading the Firm's core values to influence and motivate those around you Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of the team as they arise Proven experience in team leadership and supervising staff. Demonstrate ability to motivate, support and communicate effectively within large teams. Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to independently assess and identify plans for resolution. Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize time accordingly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
