Description

Position: KYC Specialist
Employment Type: 12-month contract (renewable)
Location: Within Central Business District, Singapore
Working Arrangement: Onsite, 5 days a week with possible weekend work if KPIs are not met (leave in lieu provided).
Working Hours in SG time: 9AM - 6:30PM

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ KYC/AML experience in banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of SOW benchmarking, write-ups, and holistic reviews.
  • Experience with Private Banking and HNWI customer segments.
  • Familiarity with MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite at CBD.
    Job Type: Contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Education:

  • GCE ’O’ Level or GCE ’N’ Level (Preferred)

Experience:

  • KYC/AML: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Preferred)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring KYC Specialists to conduct holistic reviews for Private Banking and HNWI clients. The role focuses on SOW benchmarking, risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with MAS and HKMA AML/CFT requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct KYC reviews, including SOW analysis and risk assessments.
  • Act as maker/checker to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
  • Provide SME input on MAS and HKMA AML/CFT regulations.
  • Manage cases promptly and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Support MI reporting, project tracking, and KPI delivery (weekend work may apply with leave in lieu).
