JOB TITLE: KYC TECHNICIAN

Location: London/Hybrid (Typically 2/3 days in the office)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous KYC/due diligence experience is required.

• Must understand the onboarding cycle.

• Insurance experience is required.

• Working within the KYC Team to support the business with account onboarding in accordance with internal due diligence procedures.
• Contacting clients to obtain the necessary due diligence documents and checking these carefully against our procedure.
• Assisting with account/system queries and advising KYC requirements for different account types.
• Completing sanctions screening and discounting false positive results.
• Undertaking bank details verification call backs to authorise payments.
• Understanding all First Line of Defence elements of the Ardonagh Specialty Compliance model.
