Overall, 10+ years of experience in Testing and out of which min 5 years of Test Manager Experience in managing UAT test phase
Domain: Banking experience + KYC domain (Mandatory). Should be familiar with E2E KYC processes such as new customer onboarding, Legal Maintenance, Periodic Reviews, On-going screening flows
Experience of working with KYC tech platforms e.g. Pega, Bank in-house KYC platform, Fenergo etc. Fenergo experience will be a huge plus.
Prepare Test Estimates, Test Approach
Good experience in JIRA
Communication and coordination with Business team and across different teams in the project
Assigning work and mentoring team of testers
Aligning to the defined Test and Defect Management Process
Keeping track of test progress and report, any risks
Involved in Test design and execution activities any risks
Involved in Test design and execution activities.
