Cloverport Independent School District is seeking a self-motivated, tech savvy, detail oriented, and well-organized person to serve as registrar for the Kentucky Virtual Academy. Working from CISD’s campus in Cloverport, the KYVA registrar is responsible for the following duties, at a minimum:

• Maintaining complete and accurate student records for KYVA students in the state student information system (Infinite Campus)
• Managing KYVA student records transfers in Infinite Campus
• Maintaining accurate student attendance data in Infinite Campus
• Communicate with other school districts about student records
• Ensure compliance with state data standards for attendance and student records

Additionally, this position works closely with KYVA’s operations team, so effective communication skills are a necessity.
The position is contracted for 7 hours daily (7:30-3:00) for 220 days per school year, including 8 paid holidays. The hourly rate ranges from $15.35 to $26.65 per hour, depending on experience and education.
