We are looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative eLearning developer with some experience in digital content development,
including multimedia, eLearning, and online resources to support the educational needs of our staff and customers.
You will be required to work independently, and be a team player and collaborator, with the ability to apply critical thinking skills and reflection to generate creative ideas and solutions whilst also
adhering to agreed procedures and standards of delivery to ensure targets are met. The post holder will make quality a priority and promote continuous improvement by being dynamic, adaptive, and responsive to the needs of digital learning for end-users. You will demonstrate skills and experience to develop digital content, multimedia, and online resources to support the educational need
of our staff and customers.
The post holder will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of Digital learning (E- learning) and assessments content for the digital systems within the Trust, and to ensure the digital learning
content becomes, and remains, fit for purpose for the escalating demands of the Trust. These resources will be hosted on the Trust systems including the Learning Management System (LMS).

(L&D) trends and develop innovative ideas for online resources
Design and create bespoke interactive and engaging online and blended learning solutions including
interactive eLearning, videos, simulations, animations, games, etc. for a variety of topics that meet
expected quality standards.
Utilise or commit to learning to utilise a variety of authoring and design software and multimedia tools to
develop visuals for slide decks, HTML web pages, print and communications, including curating and
creating video and audio resources
To provide digital learning content for the training of core skills through ESR/OLM
To be responsible for the design, development, end to end testing , delivery and maintenance of
comprehensive training and e-learning material
To ensure that Digital Training materials are kept up to date and available to staff via the relevant platforms
schools, and health clinics across the borough as well as at Croydon University Hospital and
Purley War Memorial Hospital.
