Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can seamlessly manage Learning & Development initiatives along with Performance Management Systems. The ideal candidate will be a skilled soft skills trainer with a background in hospitality or construction sectors and have hands-on experience in PMS frameworks such as OKRs, MBO, KPI-setting, and appraisals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D and PMS (preferably in hospitality/construction)
  • Proven experience in delivering soft skills training
  • Working knowledge of performance appraisal systems and methodologies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

  • Develop KPI frameworks aligned with OKRs, MBO, and business goals
  • Coordinate with department heads for performance tracking and improvements
  • Maintain accurate documentation for training and PMS
