We are seeking a dynamic professional who can seamlessly manage Learning & Development initiatives along with Performance Management Systems. The ideal candidate will be a skilled soft skills trainer with a background in hospitality or construction sectors and have hands-on experience in PMS frameworks such as OKRs, MBO, KPI-setting, and appraisals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in L&D and PMS (preferably in hospitality/construction)
• Proven experience in delivering soft skills training
• Working knowledge of performance appraisal systems and methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively

Experience:

• PMS , appraisal, KPI setting, OKR, MBO , etc .: 2 years (Required)
• L&D and PMS: 2 years (Required)
• Construction/F&B: 1 year (Preferred)

• Conduct soft skills training tailored for teams in hospitality/construction environments
• Design and implement L&D modules based on operational needs
• Drive end-to-end PMS processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Develop KPI frameworks aligned with OKRs, MBO, and business goals
• Coordinate with department heads for performance tracking and improvements
• Maintain accurate documentation for training and PMS
