Job Description What you will be doing: Integrate various learning approaches across the organization Develop and deliver training seminars, online courses, and other educational materials Evaluate the effectiveness of development strategies and help staff maximize learning opportunities Assist department leaders in developing their team members through career paths Innovate with media or technology to create an engaging learning environment.
